Delete your Bobby AI data

Before you delete your account

Deletion cannot be undone. Please review these points first.

• Cancel subscription renewals first (if any). Deleting your Bobby AI account does not automatically cancel App Store, Google Play, or web subscriptions. Turn off auto-renewal in your store or in-app subscription settings, or you may keep getting charged.
• Save anything you want to keep. Conversations and uploaded files cannot be recovered after deletion, and support cannot retrieve them for you. Copy or download what you need before you proceed.
• Paid time already purchased is not refunded. We do not refund the remainder of a paid period. Refund requests go through your app store or payment provider’s policy.
• You can sign up again with the same phone or email, but it creates a brand-new account with none of your previous data.

Delete your account in the app

Everything happens in the app. No need to contact support if you can sign in.

1. Open Bobby AI and sign in

   Sign in with the account you want to delete.

2. Go to Me → Account

   Open the Me tab, then tap your profile card to open Account.

3. Tap Delete account

   Find Delete account on the Account screen and open it.

4. Review the deletion notice

   Confirm that deletion cannot be undone and that related data will be removed.

5. Verify your identity

   Enter the code sent to your registered email or phone number.

6. Submit your request

   Access ends after confirmation, and data deletion begins.

Delete your account on the web

Same outcome as the app, from bobby.ai while signed in.

1. Open bobby.ai and sign in

   Sign in with the account you want to delete.

2. Open the sidebar → Account

   Open the side menu and choose Account.

3. Choose Delete account

   Start the deletion flow and review the notice.

4. Verify and confirm

   Enter the code sent to your registered email or phone, then confirm.

What gets deleted

Removed from production systems within 30 days after deletion takes effect, then cleared from backups on our normal backup rotation.

Account and profile

Display name, avatar, phone number or email, login credentials, and linked third-party sign-in accounts.

Conversations and generated content

Your chats with Bobby, prompts you entered, AI replies, and related favorites or history tied to your account.

Files you uploaded

Images, documents, and other files uploaded in chat, where stored for your account.

Personalization and settings

Language and other account-side preferences associated with your profile.

Usage and analytics identifiers

Analytics identifiers linked to your account, deleted or unlinked where reasonably possible.

What deletion cannot cover

If you cannot sign in

Already uninstalled the app, or locked out of your account? Request deletion by email.

Email us with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your registered phone number or email address. We verify your identity first, then complete the request and confirm the outcome within 30 days of successful verification.
