AI Product Manager

1. Assist in designing and optimizing AI Agent products for financial investment, including information architecture, workflow, and prototyping for U.S. stock brokerage apps. 2. Collect and analyze user feedback, continuously iterate prompts and RAG processes, and ensure product direction and usability. 3. Build evaluation systems, define quantifiable metrics, maintain test datasets, and align product requirements with design, development, and testing teams. 4. Conduct market and competitor research, stay updated on AI advancements and financial/security knowledge, and drive product innovation. 5. Innovate boldly to create simple, engaging, and youthful investment experiences for young users.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science or finance. Combined backgrounds are a plus. Prior AI product experience or strong interest in AI/financial investment is preferred. 2. Excellent coordination, communication, project management, and execution skills. Ability to independently oversee the entire product development lifecycle with an owner’s mindset. 3. Understand prompt design principles and AI technologies like Agent and RAG. Data-driven mindset with user empathy, capable of independently designing and optimizing product features. 4. Proficient in prototyping tools like Sketch, Axure, or PS. Stock trading experience is a plus.
