International User Growth

1. Be responsible for growth metrics, break down and formulate clear and executable strategies, and independently complete or organize the team to implement them. 2. Continuously and rapidly iterate growth strategies and execution actions through channel data analysis to effectively improve user acquisition, activation, and retention metrics. 3. Establish project data dashboards and provide the team with comprehensive and accurate business insights.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in international user growth. Experience in growth within gaming, finance, community, or social fields is preferred. Experience in stock trading is a plus. 2. Highly skilled in using various AI tools to automate workflows and specific growth operations. 3. Proficient in user growth methodologies and familiar with international growth tactics. Experience in scaling from 0 to 1 at a startup is preferred. 4. Strong systematic thinking and data analysis skills, proficient in data analysis platforms and tools, and adept at breaking down business metrics into actionable steps. 5. Excellent project management skills, strong curiosity, sense of responsibility, and self-driven motivation to achieve results, capable of leading a team to deliver outcomes. 6. Ability to work in an English-speaking environment. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
