Growth Product Manager

1. Lead RockFlow’s overseas growth initiatives, using user incentives and campaigns to achieve growth targets. 2. Track product conversion funnels, identify growth opportunities, and optimize user flows through multi-strategy experiments. 3. Align cross-functional teams on product requirements, oversee development, promotion, and operations, and drive user growth. 4. Research markets and competitors, learn from best practices, and explore new growth directions to innovate and simplify investing for young users globally.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of user growth experience. Familiarity with overseas growth tactics; experience in investment, community, or gaming is a plus. 2. Strong project management and communication skills, capable of independently managing product development. 3. Excellent logical thinking and data analysis skills, with a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in SQL is a plus. 4. Proficient in prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure, or PS. Stock trading experience is a plus.
