KOL Operations

Responsible for the expansion and negotiation of KOL resources, establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships, enriching the influencer resource pool, and facilitating operations between different companies and influencers. 2. Formulate and execute KOL operation strategies, be accountable for the effectiveness of KOL collaboration projects, and achieve business growth targets. 3. Gain a deep understanding of the company's business and product features, accurately match suitable KOLs for collaboration based on market demand and target audience. 4. Monitor and analyze KOL collaboration data, evaluate partnership effectiveness, and promptly adjust operational strategies and collaboration plans based on data feedback to optimize ROI. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and the KOL market landscape, identify new collaboration opportunities and potential risks, and provide forward-looking suggestions and solutions for the company.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1+ years of operational experience related to international products; experience in KOL operation management with quantifiable conversion metrics and project achievements. 2. Possess strong data analysis and product operation capabilities; adept at thinking from user scenarios and experience perspectives; able to evaluate KOL collaboration effectiveness through data analysis and propose optimization suggestions. 3. Excellent communication, coordination, and business negotiation skills; capable of building strong cooperative relationships with diverse types of KOLs and partners. 4. Strong project management skills; able to independently handle the planning, execution, and monitoring of KOL collaboration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. 5. Possess strong cross-cultural understanding and team collaboration spirit; able to work efficiently within international teams. 6. Fluent in English communication; additional language skills are a plus.
