LLM Development Engineer

1. Participate in LLM application algorithm design and backend development in the financial investment field; 2. Contribute to Agent architecture development, RAG optimization, and data processing; 3. Assist in building the company's automated operation tools and data platforms.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with strong curiosity and interest in programming and cutting-edge LLM applications, and excellent learning ability; 2. Proficient in advanced Python features, with solid programming skills and code craftsmanship, and a good foundation in data structures and algorithms; 3. Basic knowledge of deep learning, familiarity with mainstream LLM models and open-source frameworks, and understanding of Agent and RAG-related advanced frameworks and applications; 4. Familiarity with common technical components such as FastAPI, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Kafka, and Clickhouse, as well as backend technologies like coroutines, caching, messaging, search, and microservices. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in LLM application development, with in-depth knowledge of open-source frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, MetaGPT, and Llama-Index; 2. Experience in stock fundamental research or company research.
